Introduction to #BeReal

                                   Introduction

Hi, my name is Lexi...if you saw from my page. I am new too this but wanted to try it out. Life sucks, it is a rollercoaster of emotions that are ups and downs. Social media most of the time only shows the good times, and the happy part of reality. Which is not real...real life is more than that.
Real-life is so many more emotions than happiness. I made this blog to share reality to you guys, share stories about real-life...that are authentic. Real-life is sadness, anger, happiness, etc. I want to share stories about my life and yours that are based on that, also some fun other subjects. I want social media to be a safe place, where people can share their stories without being judged by someone else.
I made this blog for many reasons. But, I was scrolling through Instagram...thinking this is not reality. You are not happy all the time, or that is not funny...that is real life, we should not joke about that. I want this blog to be a reality to social media.
Yes, you may say there are sad parts about social media...like the other day Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna died in an airplane crash. But what was not talked about was the other seven people that were killed in the plane crash too...just that there are seven other people in the plane beside them. I do not know who they were, but I also did not who Kobe Bryant was before this...but they all had family members that will not be able to see them anymore. I know, that is really sad...but it is reality. I wish the other seven people were talked about more. But there is also positive news. I want this blog not to be negative, I want it to be a reality! Speak up, and have a voice. Also, some positive news is that 35 years today (January 28th), a group of American performers recorded the charity song, "We are the world" so that they could raise money for famine.
I know real life sucks sometimes, but it is also amazing. But since this is my blog, and it is about reality...I am going to end it with some "real" news about me...so you can get to know a little more about me. I tried this facemask today, and after having it on for a minute...it burned my skin, but it is okay because my face is fine now, and I found there are no remedies online...so I may make a blog post about that.

Also, should I make an Instagram or Twitter account so you guys can share stories with me or no?
